"I needed a boost to get me back in shape and knew I could count on Elite Edge to get that done. I love the early morning, workouts, and knowing what type of workout I would do each day. Mondays are for legs. Wednesdays are for arms, Fridays are full body and the rest of the days or cardio. I love how they have a list of things you can eat, no gray areas. And I love the switch up of things that we do, no one day is ever the same and the coaches are amazing. They know that I need the push and that is what they do. Cardio and strength are great things!! I recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about working out and getting back in shape."
